Kamani Mathotaarachchi

I am a passionate academic with extensive experience in higher education, currently serving as a Senior Lecturer at the Institute of Human Resource Advancement, University of Colombo. My academic journey includes a Doctorate in Philosophy (Ph.D.) from Management and Science University, Malaysia, and a Master of Business Administration from the Australian Institute of Management, Australia. My research interests lie in leadership, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, service quality, and customer satisfaction. With a specialized focus in Marketing, Management, and Service Management, I strive to contribute to the development of future leaders and professionals in these fields. Over the years, I have been involved in teaching various subjects such as Service Management, Customer Relationship Management, Marketing, Economics, and Research Methodology, among others. My commitment to nurturing the next generation of professionals is reflected in my dedication to both teaching and research.
